The receptionist knew our name upon arrival. The rooms had a strong smell of fresh paint. The location is convenient, only 8 tram stops from the center. The TV allows for external drive connection. Free coffee and tea provided in the room. Free parking available nearby.

Comfortable place for your vacations in Dusseldorf. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Even the Dusseldorf airport was not so far...

The staff was very helpful, the cleaness of the room and hotel

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and it was conveniently located near the University Hospital and Rhine Tower. The facilities provided a comfortable stay, with clean rooms and efficient service.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center or workspace where I could easily set up my laptop and work on important documents.

the bathroom is good and room is spacious

It's written that rooms are specially soundproofed, but that's not true. We could hear our neighbors talking all night long. The staff do their job, but are not friendly and we had a cold welcome. One day after I left, I received an email saying that they would debit my credit card again because I didn't pay for the parking, but actually they never asked me for anything when I parked the car. The TV is old and small. Not a 4 star to me, it's more like a 3star.

Small Hotel with quite good local transportation possibilities.

We overnight in "No Smoking" room. Still the smell of smoking from other rooms comes to our Room. Also people could smoke in public places, like restaurant etc.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit. Helpful staff gave currency tips on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, bar, restaurant, laundry. Rooms are non-smoking with A/C and a flat-screen TV, lift, and pets are allowed. Perfect for my business trips.

Staff very welcoming, pleasant and helpful - especially with our limited German. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. vg shower :-). Good deal on weekly transport ticket if booking express breakfast. Transport close by.

Poor WIFI connection.

First day i asked about public transport at the reception: Flora offered me this free (!) public transport license for all days I stayed at the hotel. Super! Special arrangement Foora has with Rheinbahn. Second: the mini-bar was the first one I encountered that operated on a completely zero sound basis. Breakfast good: buffet and express mode available.

Close the window for nighty silence, it's Duesseldorf, keep that in mind.

The room at Hotel Flora was cozy and comfortable. The bed was soft and inviting, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I loved how the room had free WiFi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home.

Some might find the free use of Düsseldorf's public transport a bit inconvenient, but I personally didn't mind it.

The Hotel Flora was a friendly, clean and very well presented hotel. Although it is on a busy highway the traffic noise could not be heard in the hotel room due to the double double glazing. It is within easy reach of tram stops and close to the University and Botanical Gardens. The free travel pass was extremely useful and was used constantly throughout our stay.

A truly enjoyable stay at Flora, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us in finding affordable transportation to the airport. The spacious room provided all the comforts and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to downtown and the Rhein. I highly recommend this place for its excellent quality and reasonable price.

Very friendly stuff, good location, very good rooms. If you order breakfast you are provided by the free transport cards. Very convenient!
